The Pan-Mexican restaurant will be Lotus Concepts’ first Southern Colorado location and third in the state

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – My Neighbor Félix, a Denver-based Pan-Mexican kitchen and sit-down restaurant, offering cuisine inspired by all seven regions of Mexico, will open its first location in Southern Colorado September 8 at 1645 Briargate Parkway, Suite 203 in The Promenade Shops at Briargate.

Managed by Lotus Concepts, the parent company behind concepts like ViewHouse, Wonderyard, Noble Steakhouse, and VHBeer (the latter three coming soon), have opened three other My Neighbor Félix sites in Boulder, Centennial, and LoHi Denver. Designed to offer an elevated Mexican cuisine experience that everyone in the neighborhood can love, My Neighbor Félix’s philosophy is to always nourish bodies and souls with locally sourced ingredients that are fresh, high quality, and natural whenever possible. They attribute the design of their space to being one where the experience and cuisine are something that everyone in the neighborhood can love. Guests can expect to enjoy indoor dining with bar seating options and a 1,200 sq. ft. outdoor patio space complete with panoramic mountain views and a fountain. The chef-driven menu will offer celebratory interpretations from all seven regions of Mexico and will be complemented by hand-crafted, fresh, and flavorful Mexican signature cocktails and margaritas along with an extensive tequila and mezcal selection. Food in each of the seven regions holds distinctive characteristics. Differences within the crops and spices leave clues as to where these dishes have originated from, and this will be notable in the menu offerings, which will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free selections. Guests can expect to enjoy an array of enchilada, seafood, and steak dishes along with a lunch combo menu, weekday happy hour specials, and a brunch menu available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Guests can expect to enjoy a lively, eclectic mosaic of Mexico City decorating the interior along with traditional crafts and natural touches throughout.”

The restaurant is planning to host a hiring event in the coming weeks to fill their 75-100 positions and while their menu is being finalized by their culinary team for Colorado Springs, will serve NEVER EVER meat, offering carefully sourced Colorado produce with no antibiotics, hormones, or by-products.
