Amy is a speaker, trainer and award-winning published writer who has worked in the public relations and marketing industry for more than 20 years. Amy’s passionate about building awareness for organizations and helping them stay visible in a variety of markets. Amy has routinely worked with CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX News, ESPN, National Public Radio, BBC, Telemundo, Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, History Channel, Time Magazine, Good Morning America and Animal Planet. She has logged 1,200 hours of executive media coaching and crisis communication training.


She is an active public-relations professional, civic leader and nonprofit volunteer throughout the Front Range of Colorado business community. She’s been recognized among the top business professionals in the region by the Colorado Springs Business Journal as a 2016 Woman of Influence. She was also named one of the top 5 most influential business leaders in Colorado by Colorado Business Magazine. Recently, she was named Public Relations Person of the Year for the state of Colorado by the Public Relations Society of America.

Amy serves on the board of directors for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and is a member of Artemis Women, where she focuses her PR expertise to help organizations within our community. Outside of the office, Amy loves traveling with her husband and their two daughters. You can also find her exploring and photographing beautiful Colorado scenery, checking out the hottest restaurants and wineries from New York to Sonoma, hiking the Manitou Springs incline or spending Sundays at the dog park with her Golden Retriever, Barley.​


Public Relations Director

With industry experience in communication technology, healthcare, franchises, the senior market, construction and development, nonprofits, retail and food and beverage, Cortney is passionate about strengthening a company’s brand and effectively communicating their message through a variety of results-driven tactics. Cortney’s expertise in public and media relations, event management and graphic design have allowed her to fluidly communicate client messaging through print, radio, digital and broadcast media outlets such as: The Denver Post, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, Associated Press, The Chicago Tribune, Chicago Business Journal, Boston Herald, Doctors Quarterly, SiliconANGLE, the Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch and This Old House.

Cortney is an active member of Protect Our Winters, was a board member of the Cerebral Palsy Association of Colorado Springs, and served on the Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce Programs Committee.


Marketing & Event Manager

Katy works with agency colleagues and clients where she specializes in building and nurturing brand relationships by aligning digital strategy with consistency and creativity. Katy has experience in retail, hospitality, travel and tourism, food and beverage, and community partnerships.

Katy is actively involved in the Downtown Partnership and can often be found supporting the city's expansion efforts or networking with various key stakeholders to further connect organizations and influencers in the city. Prior to her role with Red Energy, Katy was the Gift in Kind Coordinator at Springs Rescue Mission and

co-founded Empowering Education, a non-profit that creates curriculum addressing social-emotional needs in children. Katy also serves on the Marketing Committee for VisitCOS.


Marketing Coordinator

Miranda's experience in marketing and events for industries ranging from real estate, retail and hospitality makes her an invaluable asset to the Red Energy team. Miranda's strong attention to detail and upbeat attitude truly sets her apart allowing her to seamlessly create strong digital marketing campaigns, support events such as grand openings, ribbon cuttings and private celebrations, and manage projects all along the Front Range.

During her free time, Miranda loves traveling, spending time with her new puppy and visiting the mountains.


Multimedia Designer

Angelina’s passion for design and creativity are truly invaluable assets to our agency clients as she effectively and efficiently communicates their brand. Her versatile design aesthetic and meticulous attention-to-detail are the driving force behind designs that have supported clients in a wide range of industries, including: senior living, real estate, healthcare, finance and hospitality.

When Angelina is not creating beautiful designs, you can find her traveling all over the world and expanding her skillsets by attending various educational and technical design workshops and conferences.
