She was named 2010 Colorado PR Person of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America; one of the top five Most Influential Young Professionals in 2010 Entrepreneurs by Colorado Business Magazine; and named Rising Star 2008 by the Colorado Springs Business Journal.  The agency received a Gold Medal in the 2009 Hermes International Creative Awards Competition for Excellence for the Showcase of Retirement Communities Events.

Respected industry-wide for his accomplishments as a brand communication strategist, writer, designer, and as the executive leader for the Los Angeles office, Victor’s knowledge, guidance and insight have been vital to the success of Red Energy.  Victor specializes in content and strategic brand development, project management, marketing collateral development, writing, editing and design for non-profits, corporate and government organizations.

In conjunction with being bestowed with multiple awards in the industry (Maggie and Folio Awards) for his excellent work in strategy, writing, and design, he also has collaborated with prestigious organizations, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Intel, Dell, Microsoft, and Gateway.

Vella Murch
Account Services Manager

Vella’s expertise centers on special events and community outreach campaigns, as well as, coordinating registration, guest services, staffing, and post-campaign market surveys.  She has been instrumental in winning numerous awards, including the Hermes Creative Award for the Showcase of Retirement Communities Events.

Jason Miller

As an award-winning designer in the print and on-line creative, Jason has become a key designer in brand development projects.  His outstanding work in retail, non-profit, automotive, and real estate reflect intensive training in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
